If there are problems with the quality of a video call or an interpreted call, always first check your internet connection. If the signal is poor it usually immediately affects the call.
If the camera freezes during a call, try closing the app completely and signing in again shortly after. To ensure the best quality during a call, make sure you have a 4G connection or a strong WiFi-connection.
