LIVE CALL is a call where a customer wants to have an in-situ interpretation. Live call connects audio to Customer’s own phone's speaker, and is used when the deaf and hearing share the same physical space.
DIALLED CALL is a call where customer is calling someone. A Dialled call can be made from Chabla's main navigations: Recents, Contacts or Dialler.
INCOMING CALL is a call where Customer gets an incoming call to her Chabla number, she can Answer or Reject the call. After accepting, the interpreter sees the incoming Order.
